B-Bucker Single Coil Pickup
Want a classic tone in a humbucker sized pickup? Don’t want to modify your guitar? Here’s the answer to those problems, the B-Bucker pickup. Made to fit standard humbucker pickup route and mounting ring (not included). These are made as close as possible to my other pickups.
If you want beautiful vintage clean tones for jazz, rockabilly or early blues, this is for you! Also makes a great steel guitar pickup. These pickups feature a steel base plate, alnico magnets, hand-wound single coil, polished sand cast aluminum cover and mounting ring. Each pickup is hand made, using vintage tool and techniques. These are low impedance pickups, with a resistance measurement of approx 3.3k using a larger then typical wire for the coil. Low impedance pickups are not recommended for use with lots of distortion. Price is for one pickup.
Pickup orders take about six to eight weeks to prepare.
